The MDS division of the Terex Group<\/strong> has taken on the challenge of launching a Heavy Duty<\/strong> product for processing large materials, allowing for further treatment and the separation of fine products that can either remain on-site and\/or be processed later. In this regard, it launched the Scalper Screen M 300<\/strong> in January 2025.<\/p>\n

The MDS 300 is the next generation of the Heavy Duty Scalper Screen, designed from scratch for the modern era. The M 300 comes equipped with a series of improvements to make the machine easier to operate and to reduce maintenance costs.<\/p>\n

Easy setup and fast operation!<\/p>\n

The M 300 features a modern control system with a start\/stop button. It has a tilting engine to facilitate access for periodic maintenance, and its fully hydraulic configuration eliminates the need for additional on-site support equipment.<\/p>\n

Weighing 22,500 kg and powered by a Stage V engine, with a consumption rate of approximately 7 l\/hour, it has a material processing capacity of up to 600 tph, making it the ideal machine for highly demanding and difficult applications such as quarries, stockpiles at aggregate extraction centers, ornamental stone block extraction, recycling, and large block separation in excavations, etc.<\/p>\n

With a fine material conveyor and a robustly configured double-deck screen on the first deck, it ensures high production capacity due to its strong construction and mobility.<\/p>\n
