Komatsu CARE ™ is a free maintenance program for Komatsu customers, valid for MANY of the new Komatsu EU Stage IIIB (S3B) and EU Stage IV (S4) construction equipment’s. On the first 3 years or 2,000 hours, this program covers the factory scheduled maintenance, performed by qualified technicians and using genuine Komatsu parts.

The program also includes the cleaning of the Komatsu diesel particle filter (KDPF) and / or the maintenance of the selective catalytic reduction system (SCR), if the machine is equipped with these systems, at 4,500 hours and at 9,000 hours or 5 years (whichever comes first).

A warranty is also included for the Komatsu diesel particle filter (KDPF) and the selective catalytic reduction element (SCR) for the first 5 years or 9,000 hours (whichever comes first).
