• Integrated payload meter: The PC220LC-12 comes with a factory-integrated dynamic payload meter you can rely on. See the current load of the material in the bucket, total amount of material loaded in the truck and target load. Tip-off guidance helps you to easily achieve the exact target load every time.

A completely redesigned and highly comfortable cab, with dimensions 16% larger than the previous model. Operators now have 30% more legroom and significantly improved visibility, particularly toward the lower right-hand side. This spacious, ergonomic working environment reduces fatigue and helps maintain concentration and productivity throughout the workday.
Customisable to suit the personal preferences of operators of any size, the side consoles and armrests are fully and easily adjustable. A low[1]effort, easy-to-engage lock lever is now integrated into the console for added convenience. Additionally, the tilting left-hand side console further expands the cab’s entrance and exit area.

Ultra-versatile, programmable, and ergonomically designed, these electronic short-stroke levers manage everything from controlling the work equipment, operating attachments or switching working modes to answering calls, adjusting audio volume, and selecting music. Seamless integration with tiltrotators is fully supported. Travel functions can be controlled using the left and right work equipment lever rollers, allowing the operator to steer, swing, and operate equipment without using the travel pedals, enabling more relaxed, efficient operation.

The 8-inch high-definition touchscreen with intuitive navigation is ergonomically positioned for effortless fingertip access and intuitive operation. Shortcut buttons for core functions ensure fast navigation, while the clear display provides excellent visibility at a glance. The interface also integrates 360° KomVision, climate control, DAB radio, and Bluetooth® media and phone connectivity.

KOMTRAX ™, installed as standard on most Komatsu machines, is an innovative system that allows you to monitor all essential information about your Komatsu equipment directly on your computer. In any country where KOMTRAX ™ transmission is allowed, when the system is activated on a machine, the data is uploaded regularly via satellite or via mobile communication and can be accessed easily through a web browser. A wide variety of parameters is available to precisely state the condition of your KOMTRAX ™ equipped machines. You can optimize your production by increasing efficiency and proactive maintenance. Komatsu CARE ™ is free and standard, on most Komatsu machines with EU Stage IV and V engines. For the first 3 years or 2 000 hours, this program covers factory scheduled maintenance, performed by Komatsu trained technicians, with genuine Komatsu parts. It also offers 2 complementary changes to the Komatsu Diesel Particulate Filter (KDPF), as well as 5 year or 9 000 hour warranty, for the KDPF and the Catalytic Reduction and Selection (SCR) unit.
